Frank laid the groundwork for Rincon Business Consultants in 2003 where he has teamed up with a local developer and created the current entity; slowly building up a team of professionals that also believes in his same principles. Besides selling real estate Frank is the owner and certified instructor for the oldest real estate school in Tucson, the Tucson School of Real Estate. He has taught the basic real estate principles to hundreds of agents and has conducted seminars throughout the state for various Real Estate Boards teaching continuing education classes which is a requirement for all real estate professionals.
